Suitable for gravity and low-pressure die casting of aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys, and zinc alloys, it enables the production of castings with complex internal cavities, offering high dimensional accuracy, zero machining allowances, and excellent surface finish.
FEATURES :
High-temperature resistance: Withstands aluminum melt pouring temperatures exceeding 700°C, remaining intact under high heat, without generating gas or contaminating the molten metal.
Easy core removal with no residue: It dissolves rapidly in room‑temperature, high‑pressure water (flushed clean within 10 seconds), leaving no core material behind—no chemical etching or mechanical chipping required. Does not damage the casting.
Excellent surface quality: the molded surface is smooth, free of cracks and burrs, and the internal cavities of the castings exhibit high dimensional accuracy.
Environmentally friendly and low-cost: The raw material is common salt, which dissolves in water, resulting in low production costs.
