BINZHOU YATAI ART POWER PARTS CO., LTD. (BYA), established in 2005, is a Sino-Japanese joint venture specializing in automotive powertrain components. With more than 20 years of industry experience, BYA integrates product development, manufacturing, and OEM supply for both original equipment and aftermarket applications.
DEVELOPMENT HISTORY
1997
Binzhou Yatai Power Parts Co., Ltd., the parent company of BYA, was established, focusing on aluminum piston ring carrier manufacturing.
2003
Established China’s first research institute for aluminum piston ring carrier technology.
2005
BYA was jointly established with ART Metal Mfg. Co., Ltd.
Entered the global supply chain of ART Group.
2006
Entered the supplier system of KS Group.Passed ISO/TS 16949 certification.
2009
New production workshop officially started operation.Developed 1200 mm large-size centrifugal casting technology.
2010
Passed ISO 14001 certification.Expanded OEM supply cooperation with global customers.
2013
Entered the supplier system of MAHLE Group.
2019
Developed salt core and salt-based ceramic core technologies.
2021
Started development of VGT nozzle ring components.
2024
Phase II production workshop completed.
